And They Tell Us There Is No Voter Fraud!!

BUSTED! 9 arrests made in midterm election fraud conspiracy

Every election, stunning incidents of mass election fraud go unreported by the mainstream media. In 2017, The Horn Newsuncovered examples of voter fraud in every single state in the Union.
But despite President Donald Trump’s warnings that election results could be rigged and reports of thousands of “found” ballots appearing in rental cars days after the 2018 election, Democratic lawmakers and the media continue to insist that voter fraud “doesn’t exist.”

Authorities in California have evidence it does — and police officers on skid row finally did something about it.
Nine people were arrested in Los Angeles in the lead-up to the 2018 midterm election for paying homeless people to fraudulently register to vote and falsely sign ballot petitions, The Los Angeles Times reported in September. Charges were filed against the defendants three weeks ago, but only made public Tuesday.
What was found is shocking — though not surprising.
The defendants reportedly downloaded lists of registered voters from across the state and set-up tables late at night in Los Angeles’ skid row. Using cash and cigarettes, they paid the homeless to forge signatures on state ballot petitions and voter registration forms. Local police in the area became aware of the illegal scheme and used undercover officers and security footage to arrest the ringleaders.

“They paid individuals to sign the names,” Los Angeles Police Officer Deon Joseph told The LA Times. “That’s an assault on our democracy.”
According to The Washington Times, “The charges include circulating a petition with false names, use of false names on a petition, and voter fraud by registering fictitious or nonexistent persons.”
Once those arrested were processed, though, the district attorney’s office in the heavily-Democratic city quietly reigned back the punishments. The defendants were originally charged with felonies; those charges were all later reduced to misdemeanors.
Five of the defendants were arraigned in Tuesday in the Superior Court.

“The message got sent this is not big deal,” Joseph said to The LA Times. “They’ll go right back out and do the same thing.”
In total, the nine defendants reportedly submitted hundreds — if not thousands — of falsified petition signatures and voter registrations. The arrests mirrored a similar crackdown in a heavily-Democratic area in Texas on Nov. 8th, when nine individuals were arrested in what authorities called an illegal voting scheme.
The story begs the question: How many Democrats did the same thing… but weren’t caught?

No Wonder Dems Don't Want Ohio To Revise Their Voter Roles!

170 Voters in Ohio Race ‘Over 116 Years Old,’ World’s Oldest Person Is 115

Supreme Court Makes Landmark Decision Regarding Ohio Voter Fraud

It’s becoming clear that Democrats will stop at nothing to get their “blue wave” to happen.
In Tuesday’s special election for Ohio’s 12th Congressional District, Republican Troy Balderson won by a narrow margin — around 1,600 votes.
That’s less than 1 percent of the total number of votes in the entire district, making the election too close to call at the moment and requiring a recount under Ohio law.
Additionally, more than 3,000 provisional ballots still have to be counted — nearly twice the number of votes in the winning margin — so Balderson’s victory is far from assured.

Such a slim margin in this special election has brought to light the dangerous consequences voter fraud can have for those who play fair.
According to expert Eric Eggers, research director at the Government Accountability Institute, 170 registered voters in Ohio’s 12th Congressional District are listed as being “over 116 years old.”
Considering that the world’s oldest living person is a 115-year-old resident of Japan, this is a big problem.
“That’s 10 percent of Balderson’s current margin of victory, pending provisional ballots,” Eggers wrote. “And 72 voters over the age of 116 who ‘live’ in Balderson’s district cast ballots in the 2016 election.”

Do you think voter ID laws are necessary?

In fact, many of the voters on Ohio’s rolls list their birthdays as Jan. 1, 1800, making them 218 years old. Clearly something is amiss.
For four years now, Democrats in Ohio have been fighting efforts to prevent voter fraud, and it is easy to see why.
In June, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of Ohio’s system for purging ineligible voters from the rolls, dealing a tough blow to Ohio Democrats.
If voter ID laws are passed and implemented as a result of that Supreme Court ruling, those 170 impossibly old voters would no longer be able to cast ballots — and that is something the fraudulent Democrats of the state desperately want to avoid.
“A critical swing state, Ohio has voted for the winner in presidential races in twenty-eight out of the last thirty elections. As Ohio goes, so goes the nation,” former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell wrote on American Thinker.

“While it may seem strange to witness millions of dollars pouring into a down ballot race in the heartland, there is a method to the Democrats’ madness,” Blackwell continued.
“Delve below the surface, and you will see that the Democrats have their sights set on 2020, defeating Donald Trump, taking back the presidency.”
And they will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.

So You Say There Is No Voter Fraud? Here Is Evidence That Disproves Your Argument!

A North Philadelphia election worker pleaded guilty to election fraud in connection to a 2017 special election for a state House seat in the city, WPHT-TV reported.

What was the sentence?

Thurman George, 59, a machine inspector at Poll 43-7, was sentenced to five years probation and cannot vote for four years, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro told WPHT.
George and three other election workers were accused of harassment and intimidation against voters who wanted to vote for candidates other than the ones promoted by the city’s Democratic Party, the TV station reported.
Minority inspector Calvin Mattox previously pleaded guilty to not meeting the qualifications of election officers for living outside the district in which he was working.
Dolores Shaw, the judge of election at Poll 43-7, received an accelerated rehabilitative disposition for compromising the local election board, according to the report.
A pre-trial conference for Wallace Hill, a bilingual translator, is scheduled for June 6.
“My job is to uphold Pennsylvania law to ensure free and fair elections,” Shapiro said. “We are drawing a clear line – during a time when the integrity of our country’s elections are being questioned – the sanctity of ‘one person, one vote’ must and will be upheld here in Pennsylvania.”

What is the background?

In October, the four suspects were charged with election fraud relating to the special election for the 197th District state House seat in North Philadelphia, WPHT reported.
Although fewer than 3,000 votes were cast in the special election, it generated more legal action than most general elections, the report stated.
Part of the controversy stemmed from a challenge to a Democratic candidate’s residency that led to his removal from the ballot. Emilio Vazquez, his replacement was forced to run a write-in campaign. So did several others, including including Green Party candidate Cheri Honkala, according to the report.
Honkala and Republican Lucinda Little maintained that poll workers ran interference for Vazquez, who won the race. They filed a federal suit to overturn the results, the report stated. Then, Shapiro and District Attorney Kelly Hodge filed charges against all election officials in an entire division.

Chicago--Once Again The Center Of Another Fraud

Busted! MASSIVE election fraud arrests (felony charges!)

by Walter W. Murray, reporter
It’s the CRIME liberals pretend doesn’t exist. It’s a threat to our country — and it’s something the mainstream media ignores.
They don’t want to talk about it, and don’t want anyone else to talk about it either – because the extreme left tries to silence any attempt to even investigate voter fraud.

But a stunning new report out of Illinois shows that it’s very real… it’s happening… and it needs to be stopped.
Five people are now facing felony charges over suspected illegal activities that took place in the contentious 2016 election.
And the accusations against them are exactly the kinds of  thing that conservatives have been trying to call attention to, only to get shut down, and even hit with court cases, by leftist activists and their media allies.
In the latest incident – the latest of MANY incidents – 63-year-old Marcello Villaruz and his wife, 51-year-old Gina Villaruz, were charged with perjury misrepresenting their citizenship status, according to The Chicago Tribune.

A third suspect, 56-year-old Yvette Yust, was charged with two counts of perjury, also for allegedly misrepresenting her citizenship.
Two other suspects – 89-year-old Marvin Hershman and 70-year-old Janet Pokryfke – were charged with voting more than once. According to Patch, Pokryfke allegedly voted both by mail and in person, while Hershman is accused of voting in both Lake County and in Cook County.
Cook County, by the way, is the home of Chicago… where the old election fraud rallying cry, “Vote Early and Vote Often!” originated.
Looks like it still rings true.

If convicted, all five face possible sentences ranging from probation to up to five years in prison.
“Through these investigations and prosecutions, we are hoping to end a message to the community that interfering with our election process, which is the core of our democracy, will not be tolerated,” Lake County State’s Attorney Mike Nerheim told The Daily Herald newspaper.
This is hardly the only example of real-world voter fraud.
While the left screams “Russia” in an attempt to drown out any effort to discuss the scandal of illegal votes canceling out rightful American ballots, cases such as these have quietly popped up across the country.

Many are in and around crucial swing states.
Last year, prosecutors went after seven suspects in the critical bellwether state of Ohio, which has picked the president every year since 1964, often by razor-thin margins.
Prosecutors there found nearly three dozen cases of noncitizens who ADMITTED they weren’t Americans on their voter registration documents yet were registered anyway.
Those were just a drop in the bucket: Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted later found hundreds of non-citizens had registered to vote in the state, including at least 126 who voted in at least one election.

In yet another case in that same state, a liberal activist pleaded guilty to 14 counts in a voter fraud scheme, including registering five dead people to vote.
It’s all part of a massive nationwide problem: The highly respected Pew Institute found more than 1.8 million DEAD people registered to vote, and 2.75 million people registered to vote in more than one state.

President Donald Trump was pressured into dissolving his voter fraud commission earlier this year after Democratic states refused to turn over critical election data.
Clearly, it’s time to reactive to commission – because there’s work to be done.
