sodomy, and kidnapping charges on Friday in an Oregon courtroom. When the
sentence was announced, the convict told his victims' families that he'll see them
in hell, reports Fox News.
Mexico native Sergio Jose Martinez was sentenced to 35 years behind bars for
attacks on two women, one of whom is a senior citizen.
Martinez was released from jail in Oregon, the country's first "sanctuary" state,
a week before his sexual crimes, despite a request from Immigration and
Customs Enforcement (ICE) to hold the 31-year-old so he could be taken
into custody.
Martinez found himself behind bars for providing a falsified birth date and
interfering with police, per Fox.
