Hillary Must Face A Jury!

New Clinton-Benghazi emails discovered — Classified data

Lock her up was a common chant at then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 rallies.
That chant could be coming back in time for the 2020 election.
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch reported Monday that the FBI had uncovered 80 new emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server — including references to the Benghazi embassy terror attack, classified materials, and more.

The emails were obtained by seven different Freedom of Information Act lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch in 2015.
“The new emails include an October 13, 2012, message from Clinton telling private attorney Robert Barnett about a conversation with Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s senior advisor and deputy chief of staff, about Benghazi: ‘Jake and I were discussing the Benghazi security issue since he tried to tell [Redacted] would be asked about it but they didn’t think so. Might be good for you to call Jake too.’ Clinton also mentions then-candidate Mitt Romney’s ‘47% remark,’ referring to his dismissal of Obama voters as irresponsible,” Judicial Watch reported.
The emails included political strategies for dealing with the media and advancing then-President Barack Obama’s agenda, a daily agenda of Hillary’s during her time as secretary of state (which was almost completely redacted), and discussions about U.S. strategy in Afghanistan.
Notably, the emails contained numerous instances of classified information being sent from Hillary’s illegal private email server.
“Magically, after years, the FBI finds more Clinton emails that are classified, involve Benghazi, and detail communications with President Obama,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “This drip, drip game that the DOJ, FBI, and State are playing is a key reason a federal court authorized more discovery, including the sworn deposition of Hillary Clinton.”
Hillary’s use of an illegal private email server to discuss classified and sensitive U.S. government information — and the alleged perjury surrounding the cover-up regarding a radical Islamic terrorist attack in Benghazi — has caused controversy for years.
Yet, inexplicably, Hillary and her team were able to walk away from the controversy without criminal charges.
Fitton and his Judicial Watch team haven’t forgotten — and they’ve recently been leading a push to force Hillary to testify under oath.

The Hillary Clinton email scandal is all over, right?
Not if Judicial Watch gets its way.
U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth heard arguments on the dispute late Friday but did not immediately rule. His decision is expected shortly.
Judicial Watch wants to put Clinton under oath and ask about, among other issues, the identification of individuals with whom Clinton may have communicated by email, including State Department officials, other government officials or third-parties, such as Sidney Blumenthal.
The case was put on hold by Lamberth because of other government action on Clinton’s email scandal.
But the judge said it’s time to resolve the outstanding arguments in the case, which Judicial Watch explained was the one that in 2015 revealed the email scandal to the public.
Hillary Clinton, while secretary of state, set up and operated an unsecure, private email server through which she ran even classified information.
She later had her associates delete many of the messages.
“It is frankly unbelievable that the State Department is still protecting Hillary Clinton and her aides from being asked basic questions about her illicit email system,” Judicial Watch said.
“The courts were misled and obstructed by Hillary Clinton’s email scheme and we hope to get some more answers about this scandal.”
Judicial Watch said that at Friday’s hearing, Lamberth “excoriated the Justice Department and FBI for false statements about the Clinton email issue.”
“He also said he was ‘dumbfounded’ by the Justice Department for granting immunity to Cheryl Mills, a top Clinton aide. Judge Lamberth noted he had found Mills to have committed perjury in another Judicial Watch lawsuit. In an April 28, 2008, ruling relating to Ms. Mills conduct as a White House official in responding to concerns about lost White House email records, Judge Lamberth called Cheryl Mills’ participation in the matter ‘loathsome.’ He further stated Mills was responsible for ‘the most critical error made in this entire fiasco. … Mills’ actions were totally inadequate to address the problem.'”
According to Judicial Watch, the hearing was to seek the judge’s order for depositions from Clinton, Mills and several others.
“It was more than two years ago that the court granted plaintiff’s request for limited discovery, mindful of parallel proceedings before Judge Sullivan and the ongoing inquiries by the State Department’s Inspector General, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the House Select Committee on Benghazi,” Judicial Watch said.

Its original case from July 2014 sought record regarding Ambassador Susan Rice and the Benghazi scandal under the Obama administration.
“In March 2016, U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth granted us ‘limited discovery,’ ruling that ‘where there is evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith, as here, limited discovery is appropriate, even though it is exceedingly rare in FOIA cases,'” the group said.
However, there’s never been agreement from the State Department on the scope of questions and answers.
“As Hillary Clinton tries to remain relevant by encouraging incivility toward her opponents, she perhaps is also trying to deflect attention from our continuing exposure of her irresponsible use of email when she was secretary of state,” Judicial Watch said. “That exposure continues apace. We have received 288 pages of newly uncovered emails that were transmitted over her unsecure, non-‘state.gov’ email system, three of which contain classified information.”
Those details came from another FOIA lawsuit.
The emails also are part of 72,000 pages held by the FBI and ordered to be released.
“We continue to uncover the mishandling of classified information in Hillary Clinton emails that she tried to hide or destroy. This is further evidence of the urgency for the DOJ to finally undertake a complete and legitimate criminal investigation. Attorney General Jeff Sessions should immediately order a new investigation of the Hillary Clinton email scandal,” Judicial Watch said.
Hillary Clinton has claimed the 55,000 pages of documents she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related emails. However, multiple additional caches of emails have been found since then.

Judge Slams Massive Clinton Cover Up

A federal judge slammed the State Departments handling of requests for Clinton docs surrounding her misuse of classified information. The judge stated that the State Department provided "clearly false" and "misleading statements" to derail the requests.

According to Fox News:
In a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington, D.C., a federal judge unabashedly accused career State Department officials of lying and signing "clearly false" affidavits to derail a series of lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said he was "shocked" and "dumbfounded" when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Millsduring its investigation into the use of Clinton's server, according to a court transcript of his remarks.

"I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case," Lamberth said during Friday's hearing.

The Department of Justice's Inspector General (IG), Michael Horowitz, noted in a bombshell report in June that it was "inconsistent with typical investigative strategy" for the FBI to allow Mills to sit in during the agency's interview of Clinton during the email probe, given that classified information traveled through Mills' personal email account. "[T]here are serious potential ramifications when one witness attends another witness' interview," the IG wrote.
The lawsuits in question were filed by Judicial Watch and were filed in order to seek information on Clinton's response to Benghazi and Clinton's email server.
