Hillary Must Face A Jury!

New Clinton-Benghazi emails discovered — Classified data

Lock her up was a common chant at then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 rallies.
That chant could be coming back in time for the 2020 election.
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch reported Monday that the FBI had uncovered 80 new emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server — including references to the Benghazi embassy terror attack, classified materials, and more.

The emails were obtained by seven different Freedom of Information Act lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch in 2015.
“The new emails include an October 13, 2012, message from Clinton telling private attorney Robert Barnett about a conversation with Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s senior advisor and deputy chief of staff, about Benghazi: ‘Jake and I were discussing the Benghazi security issue since he tried to tell [Redacted] would be asked about it but they didn’t think so. Might be good for you to call Jake too.’ Clinton also mentions then-candidate Mitt Romney’s ‘47% remark,’ referring to his dismissal of Obama voters as irresponsible,” Judicial Watch reported.
The emails included political strategies for dealing with the media and advancing then-President Barack Obama’s agenda, a daily agenda of Hillary’s during her time as secretary of state (which was almost completely redacted), and discussions about U.S. strategy in Afghanistan.
Notably, the emails contained numerous instances of classified information being sent from Hillary’s illegal private email server.
“Magically, after years, the FBI finds more Clinton emails that are classified, involve Benghazi, and detail communications with President Obama,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “This drip, drip game that the DOJ, FBI, and State are playing is a key reason a federal court authorized more discovery, including the sworn deposition of Hillary Clinton.”
Hillary’s use of an illegal private email server to discuss classified and sensitive U.S. government information — and the alleged perjury surrounding the cover-up regarding a radical Islamic terrorist attack in Benghazi — has caused controversy for years.
Yet, inexplicably, Hillary and her team were able to walk away from the controversy without criminal charges.
Fitton and his Judicial Watch team haven’t forgotten — and they’ve recently been leading a push to force Hillary to testify under oath.

Looks Like Biden Is About To Be Replaced By Someone Else As His Poll Numbers Crash

Biden's lead evaporates in new poll that finds him weaker vs. Trump than Hillary Clinton was in 2016

He has a 'massive enthusiasm gap'

Former Vice President Joe Biden's national lead over President Donald Trump has nearly evaporated according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll that shows the Democratic frontrunner facing a "massive enthusiasm gap" in the November general election.
Although Biden maintains a solid lead over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination, he finds himself in a statistical tie with the president in a head-to-head matchup, only slightly ahead by two points (49-47%) among registered voters. The pollsters noted that Biden's standing has deteriorated since their last survey in February which found him with a more comfortable 7-point (52-45%) over Trump.
Meanwhile, among Democratic primary voters who support Sanders for the nomination, 15% said they'd back Trump over Biden in November.

Biden trails Trump on key issues and enthusiasm

A major red flag for the Democrats is that the ABC News/Washington Post survey found Trump's supporters far more energized than Biden's backers. While 53% of Trump voters described themselves as "very enthusiastic" about supporting him, only 24% of Biden's backers said the same. Trump also leads Biden on key issues.

Despite the economic standstill resulting from the coronavirus pandemic, 57% of voters approve of Trump's handling of the economy, the highest ever in ABC/Post surveys. Biden also trails Trump, 42-50%, when it comes to who voters trust to manage the nation's economy.
Meanwhile, Trump and Biden are about even (45-43%) in terms of who voters trust to handle the coronavirus outbreak.

Biden is even trailing Clinton, on par with other losing presidential candidates

Another ominous sign for Democrats is that the poll suggests Biden may be a weaker general election candidate than Hillary Clinton was in 2016.
For instance, on the question of voter enthusiasm, the ABC/Post surveys taken September-October 2016 found that, on average, 46% of Clinton's supporters described themselves as "very enthusiastic" about her candidacy, nearly twice the percentage of Biden's backers who said the same. In races that are decided by the slimmest of margins, voter enthusiasm is considered a key indicator of which candidate's supporters are likeliest to show up to the polls.
As the poll's analysis shows, the lack of enthusiasm surrounding Biden's candidacy is on par with that of other recent losing presidential campaigns. "As few as 17% of former Republican presidential nominee and Arizona Sen. John McCain's supporters were very enthusiastic about his candidacy in 2008, and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney saw 23% in 2012," Sofi Sinozich wrotefor ABC.
"Indeed, strong enthusiasm for Biden among his supporters – at just 24% – is the lowest on record for a Democratic presidential candidate in 20 years of ABC/Post polls," she added.
Methodology: The ABC News/Washington Post poll was conducted March 22-25, 2020 among a random national sample of 1,003 adults with a partisan composition of 30-24-37%, Democrats-Republicans-independents. Results have a margin of error of 3.5 points.

If The Coronavirus Scares You, This Will Send You Into Shock

Vice President Hillary Clinton? Don’t count it out…

by Frank Holmes, reporter
Vice President Joe Biden has built up an intimidating lead in the 2020 Democratic primaries, and some activists have begun arguing about his vice presidential pick.
Democratic insiders say one name keeps coming up: former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
And leaders in both parties say she’s doing all she can to maneuver her way onto the ticket this November.
Most of the 2020 speculation about Hillary Clinton has implied she will try to emerge from a brokered convention as the presidential candidate for a “rematch” against President Donald Trump.
But Democratic strategist Jessica DeLoach told Newsmax TV’s “Spicer & Co” that Clinton has set her sights on the vice presidential office—and she’s bucking for Biden to ask so that she can “say yes.”
Talks may well already be underway, wrote Never Trumper Republican Doug MacKinnon last month.
In early February, he said that Clinton and her team were already “negotiating” with all the candidates “to join the ticket as vice president.”
“I am assured that Clinton is on every shortlist for that position,” he added.
The only question is, “given her ego, would Hillary Clinton settle for being vice president when she twice was within striking distance of being president?” MacKinnon asked. “The answer, I’m told, is an emphatic yes.”

Clinton opened the door to a run for vice president just days later. When Ellen DeGeneres asked the former secretary of state if she’d consider the second spot, Clinton said “probably no”—but then she changed her tune.
“I never say never,” Clinton said, “because I believe in serving my country.”
DeLoach said any run for national office this year would benefit her political futures. “Why would you say no?” DeLoach asked. “She doesn’t have a good reason.”
Not only would Clinton accept the number-two position, some campaign hands say she’s pursuing it ferociously.
“I think she is actually angling to be the vice presidential nominee hoping the party will understand that if Biden is the nominee, they have to have a backup,” said former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu.
Clinton started auditioning for the spot by jumping into the traditional vice presidential role of chief attack dog, savaging Bernie Sanders in multiple media appearances.

“The purpose was to reinforce Biden getting the nomination,” Sununu said. “And then, to reinforce the fact that if Biden does get the nomination, she would add to the ticket more than anyone else.”
D.C. players in Clinton’s orbit are doing all they can to sell the idea.
MacKinnon said a Biden-Clinton pairing would be a “brilliant political move.”
In fact, Hillary Clinton would be the Democratic Party’s “savior.”
The failed 2016 candidate would give the 2020 candidate “the gravitas, delegates and, eventually, millions of votes needed to get them over the finish line on Nov. 5,” he wrote. “If I were in Trump’s world, this scenario would send chills down my spine.”
For his part, President Trump has said “I hope” Hillary Clinton will make a third run for president shortly after his victory.
Voices inside the GOP say that Hillary would use the vice presidential office as a stepping stone to become president without winning an election.

“If Biden begins to fall apart” on the campaign trail this fall, “the party is desperately going to be looking for a third alternative and that’s what she is counting on—either being the alternative at the top of the ticket or being the alternative as number two,” said Sununu, a seasoned Republican operative.
“It’s all structured around the Clinton agenda, not the agenda of the Democratic Party,” he added.
But Biden has a factor with Democrats that Clinton lacks: likability. Democrats worry he could turn out voters that she would turn off.
Hollywood conservative James Woods predicted that the Democrats will wait until Biden wins the election—and then he “will eventually ‘gracefully’ resign as his dementia worsens and… Voila! #MadamePresident at last!”
If Joe Biden taps Clinton as his running mate, he may have to fight two people for his political survival.

Is The Democratic Party Imploding?

BUSTED! Clinton pals have RIGGED the 2020 vote (again!)

by Frank Holmes, reporter
While you’re enjoying your Black Friday, more than a dozen Democratic presidential candidates are spending every minute trying to figure out how to win, bribe, or steal the nomination next summer.
They’re meeting with pollsters, memorizing zingers written by slick image-shapers, and trying to pretend they’re running because they really care about you.
But they’re not the only ones crafting strategy. A disturbing number of Democratic Party insiders have let it slip that they are getting ready to rig the 2020 presidential primary…some are even saying it’s the only fair thing to do!
Remember 2016? After the Democratic National Committee decided it would hand Hillary Clinton the nomination, it scheduled the debates so no one would see them and fed her the questions in advance… and she was so unpopular that Sen. Bernie Sanders still pressed her all the way to the convention!
The Bernie Bros couldn’t understand why their candidate kept winning primaries and piling up delegates…but falling behind Crooked Hillary.
The answer was superdelegates—former elected officials and uncommitted party functionaries (think of them as elitist insiders) who get to vote for a candidate, too.
Sanders went down swinging, telling his supporters the nomination had been “rigged”…and he was right!
No matter what you heard, no candidate won a majority of delegates in 2016, or 2008 for that matter. The political elites used superdelegates to hand the nomination to Barack Obama in 2008 and then give it to Hillary in 2016.
Every single Hillary Clinton superdelegate erased the votes of 10,000 Democrats who backed Bernie.
After Sanders blew the whistle, the Democratic Party voted that superdelegates don’t get to vote…on the first ballot.
That had party elites and Clinton supporters boiling mad. One Hillary superdelegate called it “a political murder-suicide”…and the Clintons know plenty about suicide.
So, they worked in a loophole: if nobody gets a majority on the first ballot, then superdelegates get to pick the nominee again.
Now, D.C.’s powerbrokers are getting ready to set up their chance to crown one of their own—Democratic voters be damned!
“I think it will be a brokered convention,” said 2008 presidential candidate Bill Richardson, a major Clinton insider.
James Zogby, the pollster’s brother and DNC member, said he doesn’t see any presidential hopeful who has a prayer of winning a majority of delegates in the primaries, “early or late.”
There are too many candidates and, polls show them getting less popular the more voters see them.
Joe Biden’s held steady… but the latest polls show him in a dead-heat with Elizabeth Warren.
Bernie Sanders has a solid 15 percent of Democratic voters. Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar are rising.
The race is fragmenting so badly with Michael Bloomberg, Deval Patrick, and Hillary Clinton filing papers or talking about jumping in.
Candidates don’t have much time to land a knockout punch. The Democrats decided to front-load their primaries again: 40 percent of all elected delegates will be chosen in the first month of voting.
Democrats also hand out delegates to any candidate who wins 15 percent of the vote in some states.
It’s easy to see losing candidates piling up enough early support to have a brokered convention…and that’s when the party elites spring into action.
If no candidate wins 1,885 delegates on the first ballot, then 771 superdelegates can vote for any candidate they want—even somebody who never ran in the primaries.
If things get to a second ballot, “we will look like a dystopian Hunger Games auction,” Biden supporter William Owen told Politico.
Left-wing activists hope that Warren and Sanders will get a majority of delegates and swap delegates between each other. “Don’t be surprised if Bernie Sanders becomes the kingmaker of the convention,” according to The Washington Post.
But more and more party insiders think Bernie and Warren are unelectable. They’ll stop them from getting the nomination no matter how many votes they win.
They’re looking for a savior to step in…and many of them owe favors to the Clinton political machine.
If things go to a second ballot, superdelegates could hand the nomination to Hillary Clinton like they did four years ago.
“Pushing it off to the second round just means that a divided base will once again have their voices stolen by a couple of hundred party insiders,” wrote conservative blogger Jazz Shaw at HotAir.com. “If you let the superdelegates steal the show again you will fracture your base in two elections in a row. And you’ll deserve the subsequent fallout.”
But the Clinton-Obama machine that runs the Democratic Party wants to keep rigging the election, no matter what…possibly for Hillary or Michelle Obama. And they don’t care what anyone, including their voters, feel about it.
