Is Anything Anti-Muslim A Civil Rights Violation

Bill Killian, in the following post, US attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee asks the following question: “If a Muslim had posted ‘How to Wink at a Christian,’ could you imagine what would have happened?”   The answer would be, nothing!

However, this is the way we are heading.  Anything anti-Muslim is bad and those offenders must be punished. Muslims are superior, everyone else is a dimmi.

We see the US following the same path as other western countries. In an effort to be welcoming and to prove they are not anti-Muslim, they bend over backwards to try to prove it. They allow Muslims to stop others from protesting like in Dearborn last year. Honor killings are allowed, as it is a "religious practice" and is allowed under freedom of religion.  Before long Muslims start running rampant, streets are blocked for prayers (like in France) and  bombs are exploding in the streets (as in Boston) and military men are hacked to death in the streets (as in London.)

The scourge of radical Islam is spreading and it is coming (if not already here) to the US.  Are you prepared to become a  Muslim? Or are you going to fight the mass movement toward turning the US just another al Queda subsidiary?

U.S. ATTORNEY: ANTI-MUSLIM SPEECH COULD BE A CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION

A U.S. attorney in Tennessee is reportedly suggesting that anti-Islam postings on social media could actually be considered civil rights violations.
Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, told the Tullahoma News that inflammatory or hateful posts could potentially run afoul of the law. He will speak next week alongside the head of the FBI’s Knoxville office at a meeting sponsored by a local American Muslim advisory group.
“This is an educational effort with civil rights laws as they play into freedom of religion and exercising freedom of religion,” Killian told the newspaper. “This is also to inform the public what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.”
U.S. Attorney: Anti Muslim Speech Could Be a Civil Rights Violation
A Tennessee county commissioner posted this image to Facebook. A U.S. attorney is suggesting that such postings could be considered civil rights violations.
He pointed to a Tennessee county commissioner who posted an image of a man aiming a double-barreled shotgun to Facebook with the caption, “How to wink at a Muslim.”
“If a Muslim had posted ‘How to Wink at a Christian,’ could you imagine what would have happened?” Killian said. “We need to educate people about Muslims and their civil rights, and as long as we’re here, they’re going to be protected.”
He told the newspaper that Internet postings that violate civil rights fall under federal jurisdiction.
“That’s what everybody needs to understand,” he said.
The Justice Department did not respond to a request from Politico about what it considers offensive speech about Islam, or about using civil rights law to prohibit it.

  1. Or suppose it were a cartoon of a KKK member pointing the shotgun with the caption, "Here's how to wink at a Jew." I bet you would call that anti-Semitic just as Muslims call this one anti-Muslim.

Anyway, the current Supreme Court standing precedent on the limits of the First Amendment in cases involving "incitement to violence" is Brandenburg v. Ohio - 395 U.S. 444 (1969). You can read it here…
