If American Jews Believe Hillary's Outreach, They Deserve Everything She Will Deliver. She Is NOT A Supporter Of Israel, No Matter What She Says!

Hillary Clinton Cozying Up to Zionist Supporters

Hillary Clinton is cozying up to her Zionist supporters, making comments in recent weeks to signal her love for Israel. According to Politico, the presidential hopeful has indicated to her Jewish donors that she would be a more faithful friend to Israel than current US President Barack Obama, but has remained ambiguous on the Iran deal.
Regarding Iran, Clinton has publicly supported the nuclear negotiations, a process she secretly initiated during her tenure as Secretary of State. She has also said, however, that “no deal is better than a bad deal.” Israel has expressed concern that the Iran deal in its current form is highly dangerous and would be damaging to regional stability, leaving the Islamic Republic with the ability to go nuclear in a very short time.
According to those running her campaign, her support for the Iran deal does not contradict her support for Israel. Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill explained, “A strong deal is good for Israel in her view.”
Some donors seem to agree. “Whatever way you go, there will be some people who won’t like it,” said Sarah Kovner, a prominent New York donor. “You can’t have everybody with you. You’ve got to do what you think is right for the country.”
Clinton has also defended Obama’s interactions with Israel, saying the perceived damage to the relationship stems from a “perception” problem. She did indicate, however, that she could fix that problem and improve the relationship between the two states.
“Diplomacy is all about personal relationships, and I’ve got my own relationships,” she said.
Meanwhile, in a letter to longtime supporter and Hollywood mogul Haim Saban and dozens of other Jewish leaders, Clinton strongly condemned the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, another move signalling her support for Israel.
According to The Guardian, Clinton blasted the movement in her letter dated July 2, saying, “The BDS campaign is counterproductive to the pursuit of peace and harmful to Israelis and Palestinians alike.” She promised to mount a bipartisan effort “to fight back against further attempts to isolate and delegitimize Israel”.
According to the paper, however, not everyone is impressed. Noah Pollak, the executive director of the Emergency Committee for Israel, expressed skepticism. Though welcoming the letter, he noted, “she will not be taken seriously as a pro-Israel candidate if she comes out in support of Obama’s Iran deal”.
While donors who support and those who reject an Iran deal both hear in Clinton’s words support for their own positions, Clinton will ultimately act in what she perceives to be the best interests of the United States. As one donor cited by Politico pointed out, the interests of the US and Israel, “although close, are not identical. It might not be in the best interest of American Jews, but it’s got to be in the best interest of the majority of the people.

Democrats Have It Wrong On Israel. They And Obama Hate Israel And Most Support Palestinians.

Political consultant Frank Luntz says a new survey of elite Democrats shows three-quarters believe Israel has too much influence on U.S. foreign policy, with half of them believing the Jewish state is racist.
Luntz calls the poll results a disaster for Israel.
I call it a disaster for Democrats.
The survey shows Democratic opinion elites are now backing Arab Palestinian demands and turning away from Israel.
“Israel can no longer claim to have the bipartisan support of America,” Luntz said. “Israel has won the hearts and minds of Republicans in America, while at the same time it is losing the Democrats.”
  • Asked about Israeli influence on U.S. foreign policy, 76 percent of the elite Democrats said the Jewish state has too much. Only 20 percent of Republicans agreed.
  • Asked whether Israel is a racist country, 47 percent of Democrats answered affirmatively, with just 13 percent of Republicans agreeing. Another 21 percent of Democrats didn’t know or were neutral. Only 32 percent of Democrats disagreed when asked if Israel is a racist country, as opposed to 76 percent of Republicans.
  • Asked whether Israel wants peace with its neighbors, 88 percent of Republicans said it does. Only 48 percent of Democrats agreed.
  • Asked whether they would be more likely to vote for a local politician who supported Israel and its right to defend itself, 76 percent of Republicans said yes, while only 18 percent of Democrats said yes. Meanwhile, 32 percent of Democrats said they would be less likely to support a local politician who backed Israel.
  • Asked whether they would be more likely to vote for a local politician who criticized Israeli occupation and mistreatment of Palestinians, 45 percent of Democrats said yes.
  • Asked whether the U.S. should support Israel or the Palestinians, 90 percent of Republicans said Israel, while just 51 percent of Democrats agreed.
  • Asked if “settlements” are an impediment to peace, 75 percent of Democrats and 25 percent of Republicans agreed.
Am I surprised by the results?
I’m only surprised that so many America Jews still vote Democrat.
As for the turning away from Israel by so many Democrats, it is to be expected. The Democratic Party has turned away from the God of Israel. Why should anyone expect the Democratic Party to support God’s people?
Am I worried for Israel?
Not in the least.
I am worried for the Democrats.
I am worried for other so-called “progressives” who are turning away from God and His land.

I am worried about so-called “Christians” who have fallen into this deception as well.
There are consequences for doing so, and they are grave.
God promised Abraham a long time ago that He will bless those who bless thee and curse those who curse thee. That’s an eternal promise. It has never been broken.
I am more concerned for America today over its view of Israel than I am for Israel’s fate. Israel’s fate is certain. Just read the Bible if you don’t understand it. Read Joel Richardson’s new book, “When a Jew Rules the World,” if you want to understand what’s in store for the Jewish state.
I’ll give you a hint. It will soon be at the center of the world, and nations will be judged on the basis of how they treat His people.
Democrats have always been on the wrong side of history.
They supported slavery. They supported the Jim Crow system. They supported abortion – and still do. They supported the abomination of same-sex marriage – and still do. And now they are shifting away their support for Israel and the Jewish people.

Any American Jew (Or Any Supporter Of Israel) Who Still Believes That The Administration Is On Israel's Side, Should Have Their Head Examined.

We have been warning before and after the election of Barack Obama that he WAS NOT a friend of Israel. Now we are seeing the Administration pointedly forcing Israel to make outrageous and dangerous decisions  while visibly favoring the Palestinians.

Kerry has made it clear that if there is not a settlement by January 1, 2014, he will impose the settlement (even though he has been "corrected", we don't buy it).  From the following post, this sentence made chills run down our back:

"There have been hints, subsequently denied, that if progress was not achieved by 2014, the US would propose bridging proposals – an ominous signal to Israel. Kerry also threatened that if Israel could not find an accommodation, the US would not be able to deter the rest of the world from imposing real sanctions against Israel."

Can anyone who knows anything about this Administration believe that the proposal will be even handed?  We don't. Will it give everything to the Palestinians and attempt to force Israel into its pre-1967 borders which will result in Jerusalem  no longer be under Israeli control? We do. Would it require that Israel grant "right of return" to any Palestinian who could "prove" their ancestors lived somewhere in the land occupied by Israel? We believe so.   Will it require the Palestinians recognize Israel as a "legitimate state."  We don't think so. Will it promise safety and security and deliver neither? We believe so.

So what happens when Israel decides that the "bridging proposals" will not be accepted?  This is where the second sentence comes operative.  What would the sanctions be like?We believe they will be onerous.  Think of Iran times ten.

Would Israel be cut off from military and economic aid from not only the US but every nation in the world? Would Israel be branded by the UN as "terrorist nation" which would prevent Americans and citizens of other nations from sending money? We believe all the above could occur.

Obama and Kerry have the misunderstanding that the problems of the world would go away if the Palestinian-Israeli situation were solved. We know that is not going to happen. However, Israel is a great whipping boy on which to blame all conflict.

The next couple months are going to be very dangerous for Israel. It will take delicate and forceful diplomacy to avoid the pitfalls we, unfortunately, see.

Americans of all stripes who believe in Israel must let their representatives know that Israel must not be forced into making decisions which would be very detrimental to its future. Additionally, we must let the world know that we will not allow Israel to become isolated and branded as a terrorist nation.

We must act and time is of the essence.

No Illusions Concerning the Obama Administration

Isi Leibler - wordfromjerusalem.com,  November 10th, 2013

Israel is heading for what could be its most severe confrontation with the United States, despite reassuring words from the Obama administration to the contrary.
President Obama’s policies have led to a US retreat at all levels in the global arena, particularly in the Middle East where his disastrous policy of “engaging” with rogue states coincided with alienating, even abandoning, traditional US allies like Egypt and Saudi Arabia. His administration has also totally failed to mitigate the rampant bloodshed with hundreds of civilians being killed daily in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere in the Arab world.
However, despite all evidence to the contrary, the administration persists in its mantra that the principal problem in the Middle East is the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and displays a determination to impose a settlement on Israelis and Palestinians. It does so– even setting aside the problem of Hamas – despite the fact that the undemocratic PA President Abbas whose term expired years ago, is neither willing nor has the authority to make any meaningful concessions to Israel.
The US chooses to disregard to the extreme intransigency of the Palestinians and the massive ongoing incitement by the Palestinian Authority against Israel and continues to pressure the Israelis, their only regional democratic ally, to make additional unilateral concessions, many of which have long-term negative security implications for the future viability of the Jewish state.
US Secretary of State, John Kerry, presents himself as a “friend” of Israel. Yet his offensive off the cuff remarks not only depict him as somewhat of a buffoon, but demonstrates that he now openly sides against Israel in the confrontation with the Palestinians.
He utterly failed to act as an honest broker in his November 6 joint interview with Israel’s Channel 2 News and PA TV, when he targeted Israel for criticism and failed to even relate to Palestinian intransigency. He provocatively asked “whether it [Israel] wanted a third intifada” which he declared would eventuate if the talks failed. He warned that the Palestinians would “wind up with a leadership committed to violence”. Following a meeting in Bethlehem with President Abbas, brushing aside the venomous incitement to hatred manifested daily by the PA, Kerry stated unequivocally that “President Abbas is 100% committed to these talks”.
He reiterated that the US considers construction in settlements, including Jewish neighborhoods of Jerusalem to be “illegitimate”, and went so far as to state that Israel was sending “a message that perhaps you are not really serious.”
He never even referred to the PA demand that Palestinian refugees and their 5 million descendants be given the right of return to Israel. He refused to confront the Palestinian leadership over their refusal to reconcile themselves with the reality of Israel as sovereign Jewish entity.
There have been hints, subsequently denied, that if progress was not achieved by 2014, the US would propose bridging proposals – an ominous signal to Israel. Kerry also threatened that if Israel could not find an accommodation, the US would not be able to deter the rest of the world from imposing real sanctions against Israel. Such remarks, effectively guarantee Palestinian intransigence by declaring that after the talks collapse, the world will in any event seek to impose a solution on Israel and shall not blame the Palestinians for once again reverting to terrorism. And this is following Israel’s capitulation to intense American pressure resulting in the outrageous release of Palestinian mass murderers who were subsequently glorified by the Palestinians as heroes.
These statements by Kerry parallel other negative vibes from the US: Obama’s failure to condemn Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan’s provocative anti-Semitic remarks and the repudiation of his commitment to set aside the confrontation with Israel after Netanyahu had been pressured to apologize to him; the US effort to divert attention from its cyber-attacks on the French government’s communications network by hinting that the Israeli Mossad were to blame; and, most damaging of all, despite deliberate Israeli silence over the issue, the formal US announcement that Israel was responsible for bombing the Syrian military base in which missiles en route to Hezbollah were located. That is not how one treats an ally.
Over the past few months, there has been immense pressure directed at Israel and American Jews to ease up on Iran. Although accused of seeking to sabotage American diplomacy with the “moderate” President Hassan Rouhani, Netanyahu has never challenged the role of diplomacy. He merely reminded the Americans of the proven duplicity of the Iranians and Rouhani himself as he engages in protracted negotiations whilst proceeding to advance their nuclear status.
On the basis of Obama’s recent track record, Israelis were increasingly skeptical as to the fulfillment of his repeated commitment to employ military force if necessary to prevent the Iranians from becoming a nuclear power.
These concerns were confirmed when, despite repeated assurances by Kerry that “no deal is better than a bad deal”, the US and the Europeans (other than France) demonstrated a willingness despite all evidence to the contrary to ease the sanctions on the Iranians without receiving anything tangible in return. Clearly, the US Administration lied when it promised to brief Israelis in advance of any deal, not to surprise them and gave repeated reassurances that short of an agreement by the Iranians to end their nuclear objectives, no partial deal was contemplated.
A shocked and distraught Netanyahu publicly admonished Kerry for making a “monumental mistake”, accusing him of providing the Iranians with “the deal of the century” and “in no way reducing their nuclear enrichment capability. Netanyahu stated that under such circumstances, Israel did not consider itself bound by any agreement between Teheran and the six world powers and “will do everything it considers necessary to defend itself and the security of its people”. There is of course the outside possibility that by the time the talks resume next week, Netanyahu’s warnings are heeded and a Munich like capitulation is averted. But we should be under no illusions.
The next three months will be seriously challenging for Israel. Prime Minister Netanyahu will need to marshal all his resources and seek to salvage what he can of the likely capitulation to the Iranian mullahs in a deal which in no way guarantees that that the centrifuges will not soon again resume spinning.
In addition, Israel must resist American pressures to make further concessions to the Palestinians which may well have devastating repercussions our future security.
To confront these threats, it is imperative that the Prime Minister devises a strategic plan, engaging the broadest possible coalition providing a united front and work closely with the American Jewish community and other pro-Israel groups to orchestrate a major campaign to enlighten the American public and seek congressional support to rein in the appeasers.
For American Jews, this will be a real test of their commitment to the security of the Jewish state. There have been conflicting reports that leading Jewish organizations and representatives of the administration had agreed to defer for two months efforts to intensify sanctions on Iran, but this was adamantly denied by AIPAC and AJC spokesmen.
Regrettably, American Jews committed to the security of the Jewish state appear to be heading towards a direct confrontation with an administration willing to diplomatically abandon Israel and appease the most lethal global terrorist state. ADL head Abe Foxman predicted that Kerry’s “outrageous behavior” and his “chutzpa” of lecturing Israel about peace would unite the American Jewish community. The question is will they display the courage to stand up and be counted?
