Now that large employers have received a year delay in implementation of ObamaCrapCare, what about the rest of us. It is more confusing for the small business owner or the individual effected by this horrendous monstrosity. (Can you figure out that we do not like it?) Don't we also have the right to find out how it is going to effect us?
As of today, we do not know any of the following: plans available, price for the plans, benefits contained in each plan, how to access the "exchange", Federal Exchange is not set up yet and how to determine the Federal benefit for a married couple (benefits are based on income of individuals, not couples.) Maybe they want all couples to break up!
At least with the delay for those employers over 50 will allow the bureaucrats to focus on the small group and individual part of health care. However, knowing government, they probably will not!

“We have heard concerns about the complexity of the requirements and the need for more time to implement them effectively,” Mark J. Mazur, an assistant Treasury secretary, wrote on the department’s Web site in disclosing the delay. |
