Looks Like Mrs Bernie Sanders Is In Big Trouble. Will She Go To Jail?

Feds in Florida: Burlington College Probe Goes the Distance

Wednesday, July 13, 2016

This Is What An Open And Non Political Investigation Looks Like In The US Today.

For anyone to believe that the investigation of Hillary Clinton is not rife with political favors, paybacks and threats, the announcement that FBI agents have literally been blindfolded and gagged so there will be no leaks, shows how badly this investigation was influenced by political considerations.  This is what is done in third world countries--banana republics!  Well, we're nearly there!

Hillary Clinton is being protected (by someone, some organization) and anyone who threatens her is hushed up. She can do anything she wants and no one in this Administration has the guts to stand up to the machine.  Guess we probably would not if we were threatened with everything up to death if we spoke.

However, this is not the America that we grew up in.  It is getting so bad now that investigations are scuttled (Hillary), Supreme Court Justices (Ginsberg) can declare their hate for Presidential candidates, lies can be told to get legislation passed and there is no accountability (ObamaCrapCare), the State Department attempts to overthrow foreign governments (Israel) and our citizens can be murdered (Benghazi) while our Secretary of State sleeps and makes no attempt to save them. And these are only a few of the crimes, yes crimes, that have occurred in the past 7 1/2 years.  Makes you want to go back to Nixon days when all they did was break into an office and then cover it up!

The US is becoming a third world dictatorship which will become a reality if Hillary is elected.  Things that the current occupant of the White House (if he does leave) will be nothing compared with what the Clinton Crime Machine has up their sleeves.

FBI agents who worked on the investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server reportedly had to sign an unusual non-disclosure form banning them from talking about the case unless they were called to testify.

Unnamed sources tell the New York Post they'd never heard of the special form — known as a "case briefing acknowledgment" — being used before, though all agents initially have to sign nondisclosure agreements to obtain security clearance.
"This is very, very unusual. I've never signed one, never circulated one to others," one unnamed retired FBI chief tells the Post.
Latest News Update

"I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange," an anonymous FBI agent said.

The Post additionally reports some FBI agents are disappointed that Director James Comey decided against recommending that charges be brought against Clinton for her mishandling of classified information.

"FBI agents believe there was an inside deal put in place after the[Attorney General] Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton tarmac meeting" just hours before the release of a House report on the Benghazi, Libya terror attack in 2012, one unnamed source tells the Post.
Another Justice Department source tells the newspaper he was "furious" with Comey, deriding him for having "managed to piss off right and left."

Hillary's Troubles Are Just Beginning

“The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed,” an anonymous FBI source told Fox News.
According to another source, the FBI has successfully prosecuted previous public corruption cases with “much less evidence” than what the FBI currently has on Clinton. The sources also revealed that the FBI has been investigating the public corruption track since as far back as April.
More from Fox News:
Fox News is told that about 100 special agents assigned to the investigations also were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements, with as many as 50 additional agents on “temporary duty assignment,” or TDY. The request to sign a new NDA could reflect that agents are handling the highly classified material in the emails, or serve as a reminder not to leak about the case, or both.
Separately, a former high-ranking State Department official emphasized to Fox News that Clinton’s deliberate non-use of her government email address may be increasingly “significant.”
According to that State Department official, because everyone who works for State receives their government email address almost “automatically,” Clinton’s use of a private email was likely planned out prior to her appointment as the United States’ top diplomat.
“It would have taken an affirmative act not to have [an email address assigned],” the official said, “and it would also mean it was all planned out before she took office. This certainly raises questions about the so-called legal advice she claimed to have received from inside the State Department that what she was doing was proper.”
This development follows heavy scrutiny that Clinton faced last year, after it was revealed that she allowed her work at the State Department to overlap with her work at the Clinton Foundation.
In response to the new investigation, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus said Monday that Clinton will now have to rethink putting her “eggs into one basket.”
“The reported expansion of the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s secret email server to include public corruption is a very troubling development,” Priebus said in a statement to TheBlaze. “The favoritism toward donors to Clinton’s family foundation from her own State Department is undeniable and Democrats must now be rethinking whether it was smart to put all of their eggs in one basket.”

The Clintons Are So Devious, Corrupt And Despicable, They Are Perfect For The Presidency!

Roger Clinton Told FBI That He Accepted Foreign Cash For President Bill Clinton
By DICK MORRIS & EILEEN MCGANN
Published on TheHillaryDaily.com on April 3, 2015
Raking in foreign cash is nothing new to the Clinton family.  Bill Clinton's brother, Roger, told FBI agents that he "received money for President Clinton from foreign governments" during Bill's presidency.

Roger claimed that, after the first few times he brought back money for the President, either Bill or his staff told him that the President could not accept money from foreign governments and that he should send the money back.

Now, that's a good one, isn't it?  What are the odds that Roger Clinton packed up wads of cash and sent it back to where it came from?  And what about the first few times?  What happened to that money?

In 2002, the House Committee on Government Reform issued a scathing report on the Clinton Presidential Pardons with disturbing findings about the President's brother:

"Roger Clinton engaged in a systematic effort to trade on his brother's name during the Clinton Administration."

The section on Roger went well beyond just pardons and included a number of his other schemes to trade on his relationship to the President. His combined take was $700,000 -- and that's just what he deposited in his bank account and could be traced.  It seems likely that he pocketed or spent at least some additional cash. Roger insisted that his brother was aware of his activities and approved of them.

Roger admitted to receiving $335,000 in cash and travelers checks from foreign sources such as South Korea, Venezuela, and Taiwan that were deposited into his account during Bill's presidency.  Roger refused to tell the Committee why he had received the checks, but apparently told the FBI that a lot of it was for overseas "concerts" by his band.  The Committee noted that the fact that the travelers checks were provided in blank "suggests that the funds were intentionally provided to Clinton in a manner calculated to conceal their origin."  All of the travelers checks were purchased overseas and brought to the U.S. by Roger Clinton, who did not disclose them to Customs officials as required by federal law.

The Committee also noted that it was likely that there were more travelers checks and case that was not deposited into his account.

The House Committee uncovered these checks in Roger Clinton's bank account:

In addition to the $335,000 listed above, Roger also deposited $85,000 in cash in his personal bank account between January and November 1998. In December 1999, he deposited a $70,000 travelers check from "Suk Eun Chang" as well as a $10,000 travelers check from the same source.  Clinton refused to disclose the source of these funds, saying only that he got some of the money for performing in foreign countries with his band.  The Committee was unable to find Suk Eun Chang to set any further information.

Roger also said that his foreign hosts gave him gifts such as rugs and vases, paid for his transportation and provided a presidential security guard in the host country.  They were particularly generous -- they even added money to pay for the taxes on the money they paid.

Wow.  Wonder whether the Beatles got such a deal?

Roger Clinton also got funds allegedly for his musical appearances form Edvard Akopyan who paid the president's brother $61,100 in 1999 when he was acting "as a middleman in scheduling Roger's appearance at a musical concert in Kazakhstan."  Does anyone really believe that Roger's talents were in such demand?  These funds, are sure to heighten the controversy surrounding payments to the Clintons from foreign sources during Hillary's service as Secretary of State.  That they were sometimes intended for the president himself and that President Clinton encouraged the practice, adds a new dimension to the corrupt payments to the Clinton family.

In addition, the Cuba Travel Services company engaged Roger for $30,000 to lobby his brother to lift travel restrictions to Cuba.  He was never registered as a lobbyist or agent of a foreign government as required, but provided evidence that he spoke to his brother about the issue.

Although he lied to the FBI about it, Roger also accepted $50,000 from the Gambino crime family to lobby for executive clemency for Rosario Gambino, a mob leader serving a 45 year sentence for drug trafficking.  Although he was unsuccessful in this effort, he deposited the funds nonetheless.

(He also accepted $43,500 for his unsuccessful attempt to secure a pardon for Garland Lincenium, whose family sold their life savings to pay Roger Clinton and his agents.)

Roger solicited several other people in his pay-for-pardon scheme, but they didn't fall for it.

So think about it.  Can you think of any legitimate reason that foreign governments would pay Roger Clinton?

It was the beginning of the amazing Clinton family foreign money boondoggle.

Is This Harry Reid's Revenge?

The FBI has launched a formal criminal investigation into the events surrounding last months standoff between the Bureau of Land Management and Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy.
Agents have been interviewing BLM agents and law-enforcement officers who had been onsite, focusing on charges Bundy supporters and militia members who joined them pointed weapons at the authorities and made threats on their lives, reports KLAS-TV, Las Vegas.
FBI agents have interviewed Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillispie, Assistant Sheriff Joe Lombardo and a squad of Metro police officers who served as a buffer between Bundy’s supporters and the BLM forces. A second squade is to be interviewed this week.
“The federal authorities are conducting an investigation and I am pretty confident it is going to go into the future,” said Lombardo, who was interviewed by the FBI earlier this week.
Asked if there would be consequences for somebody recorded on video tape or a news camera pointing a gun at a Metro officer or a federal ranger, Lombardo said yes.
“There is definitely going to be consequences, definitely. That is unacceptable behavior. If we let it go, it would continue into the future,” he said.
Sheriff Gillispie confirmed he was asked what he observed, but declined to give details.
KLAS reported earlier that Metro members claimed they had feared for their lives because of so many armed supporters standing with the Bundys, who had “pointed weapons at officers, taunted them, told them they should be ready to die.”
“When we first got out there and made a left to divide I-15, that is all you saw. You saw kids and women and horses in the backdrop and then men with guns, laying on the ground, in the back of pickup trucks. We’re going, ‘Wow, this would never happen in Las Vegas,’ But it was there. That is not a rumor. It is reality and I saw it with my own eyes,” said Metro Police Sgt. Tom Jenkins, who has been interviewed by the FBI.
Bundy supporters have insisted in emails and calls to KLAS that no one in the crowd pointed weapons at BLM or Metro officers and that BLM rangers were the ones pointing guns at them.
WND reported last week that Bundy’s supporters have filed a long list of complaints with police about the behavior of federal BLM agents – essentially accusing the government of thuggery.
Government agents blocked roads, loosed attack dogs, threatened people and pointed weapons and even harassed photographers, Bundy supporters alleged, according to an AP report about the complaints.
But Bundy told WND that he wasn’t there to tell police – or supporters – what they need to be doing, he was just trying to assess damage to his ranch and cattle herd from the partial roundup, and move forward.
Bundy said he and his wife didn’t file the complaints with the Las Vegas police, but he knew some of those supporting him did visit with officers to raise about 40 complaints over BLM activities.
Associated Press reported the complaints against the federal officers, which were being investigated, were filed by three of Bundy’s sons and about a dozen other people.
He said he hasn’t heard yet from the federal government about any of the disputed issues.
Actually, he told WND, he has gotten a couple of certified letters, but hasn’t opened them, saying he’s going to “give them to my attorney.”
At the time, Metro Police Sgt. Tom Jenkins had already made statements to the press indicating he had feared a situation could have developed “that would have left a lot of dead officers,” but Bundy’s assessment seemed to minimize the risk faced by the police.
Bundy told WND, “They kept themselves pretty safe.”
He said the only time he really noticed them was when they formed a barrier so BLM rangers could depart.
Bundy said it would be really nice if those certified letters were apologies for the damage to his operation.
